Paula Townsell, Environmental Professional,
Special Projects Planner

Paula Townsell is a Special Projects Planner with over 27 years of experience in land use planning and project management of a wide variety of land use applications including Annexations, Zoning Code Violations, Shoreline Permits, Building Permits, Short Plats, and Boundary Line Adjustments.  Specializing in unique projects with diverse requirements, Paula excels in background research; formulation of databases and database management; coordination and research with jurisdictions (State/federal environmental agencies; utility service providers; health districts; and local agencies); community involvement; and coordination with subconsultants.  Paula was a Certified Environmental Inspector (CEI), which is now designated as and Environmental Professional (by US EPA).  With knowledge of area history and agency regulations, she is a strong asset on any environmental team.  She has a reputation for thoroughness and can provide comprehensive and complete environmental information for project inspections and site feasibilities.  Paula is responsible for much of the quality control/quality assurance on major environmental documents produced by Shockey/Brent, Inc.

Paula enjoys outdoor family activities and kicking back when not working.
