Laura Brent, AICP, Vice President and Principal Laura Brent is a Land Use Planner with over 28 years of experience in both private and public sector planning. Laura is a dynamic project manager and manages subconsultants adeptly to meet project timelines. Her background includes permitting of educational facilities for new construction and modernization/remodels, preparation and processing of environmental/shoreline permitting, site feasibility studies, authoring of environmental impact studies (EISs), coordination with local and State agencies, and hearing representation. Her area of expertise includes administration of the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), project permitting and public/private liaison for public projects and project management. Laura is a member of the Council of Educational Facility Planners International (CEFPI). |
