Judy Rasmussen, Office Administrator

Judy Rasmussen is an Office Administrator with over 35 years of administration experience both in corporate and small firms.  She has an extensive background including office management, monthly reporting on various administration categories including:  accounts receivable, accounts payable, ledger balance, banking, financial reports, and tax reports.  Judy also is responsible for office procedures and functions throughout the day to ensure a seamless flow of operation.  She assists management and staff to meet client needs and ensure timeliness of their projects.  Judy is responsible for the administrative set-up and billings throughout the project, making sure timelines are met, while always keeping the unique needs of the client in mind.  Having her as a support team member allows for quality administration and coordination with the project team.  Judy is a strong asset in building Shockey/Brent’s reputation of excellent client service.

Away from the office, Judy enjoys weekend get-aways, going to local musicals, cooking, gardening, and reading a good book.
